Hey I'm looking to get a mechanics invoice /receipt made using this template off of google images if not a better one.
The shop name is Turbo Clinic located at 12400 SW 12th street, bay #4, Miami Florida, 33186. If you could find a suitable logo to put on top of the invoice that would be amazing.
The part purchased is a 2006 Mazda rx8 13b rebuilt engine costing $2000. The payment for the engine is $2000 with additional costs of labor which come out to $633 at $33 per hour of labor.

You can leave the customer information blank as I will fill that out myself. Sales tax, I have no idea how I could calculate that into the $2000 because I'm fairly bad at math. I just need the total price to be $2633.
