It may just be quicker and better to recreate the whole thing from scratch. What are the fonts used for "CHAP", "International Inc." and "CHRISTIAN HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE PROGRAM" and if they're not free, can you provide them simply for the purposes for recreating the logo?
