I am using Creative Cloud 2015 on a Mac.

Trying for the first time to download custom shapes. When I download them, they appear to be ".csh" files, but they're labeled as "shell" and I can't do anything with them at all.

So, could someone kindly fill me in on how to download custom shapes and install them on my computer please? Rather new to photoshop, so small words would be helpful!
