I am making a 3d model of something, and it has a transparent background, yet it's turning into a cube! Help please?

Because it is a commercial and private file, I cannot give you the file, but I will tell you some more details:
-completely 100% transparent background
-picture is just one color
-turns into a cube with the picture on two opposite sides
-in short, the only 3-dimensional object it turns into is a gray cube with its picture on two sides |
