Hello all, this is probably very simple but I can't figure out how to do this. I have a panoramic photograph but the sky is very plain and I want to add a nikon digital filter ( graduated blue) to brighten it up. Basically all I want to do is superimpose the original image over this filter. Whenever I try this the filter is colouring the trees, I only want the sky coloured. I hope I'm making sense , any help appreciated. |

I havent use the Nikon filters, but I suspect you may have to select just the sky in some way? With PS you could use the built in grad tool, which is variable, or use a mask to cover the ground part of your pic, then add a filter. Wayne |

Thanks mate, I ended up having to use the magic wand tool and selecting the sky and colouring it. Was time consuming as I had to do all the bits in between the branches of the trees. Thanks for the reply |
