Hi there! I suddenly have a problem with the burn tool, it gives me a perpetual spinning wheel! I checked the file size to make sure it is not a huge image. It worked just fine until today. I have heard that trowing out the preferences from the library could fix it, but I am not sure how to do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Hi Danwood
Search your computor for the main pref file which is called Adobe Photoshop CS6 Prefs.psp. select the file and delete it (CS6 will create a new one when you next run the program)
If that doesn't fix your problem repost and we'll take another look.

Thanks Iain. I turned off my computer for about four hours, and when I came back, there was no problem, but if it happens again, I will try to delete the Prefs.
Before I left, I did try to re-start, but that didn't do the trick. Thanks again. I like this forum :-) |
