Why not post the better pic in the first place? A better source pic will ultimately result in a better modified pic.

Any good? I used the quick select tool, gave it a smoother edge using the refine edge option, and output it to a new layer, popped a black layer underneath and I had to re-do the text, as it's quite hard to smarten up text that's lost it's pixels. |
