Hi everyone, this is my first post on this site, and i'm looking forward to be using this forum a lot.
My question is: How do i get the color scheme like the picture below? And what do you call the "effect" / color scheme?

Hard to judge without seeing the original, but it was likely a curves adjustment.

I agree with Hawkeye, without the original we can't replicate and find a way, however, I quickly used one of my photo's and got a similar effect just by turning up the vibrancy and saturation
