I come from CS5 and now on CS6, When I upload images from my camera into Bridge, in addition to the image files, I also get some that are named "TDT", "TID" and "BDM". Can anyone tell me what they are, why they are there and if I should keep them and, ultimately, if they have no good purpose, how do stop from getting them? Thanks. |

Hi Danwood
I'm pretty sure these extensions are related to AVHCD Video format
So i'm guessing that the camera is exporting both still images and Video images.
Bridge (or your camera) may have a setting to restrict which files you wish to import/export. but not sure where this might be as i don't often use bridge
I would delete them if you are sure you don't want the "video" files.
Might be wise to move them to a different folder just in case you need them.
Anyone else ? |
