My military crew has put together an image they would like to use on their official clothing, but the individual who put the image together may have used Paint to do the image. The coloring is VERY messy. I added a stroke to fill in the outer line work but aside from going pixel by pixel to fix the coloring mess I was wondering if there are any techniques that can be used to fix this image.
