i am really amazed by this photo.
i would really love to know how to make something like this light and worm colors.
is there anyone who can give me any steps which tools should i use?
i was trying on instagram and gimp, but i know there are better ways.
i would really be grateful for your help! |

Easiest way is with Photoshop. Make a separate layer and put over your photo. Adjust the opacity of the new layer.
Even more easy is to get the photo you want and get someone that knows Photoshop to do it for you. |

If you are really looking for the solution on how to create such type of image. Hire an expert (someone from overseas) and pay them (may be they will ask $5 or $10 max) and they will create the picture for you. Search on google "outsource image editing" and find some overseas companies.
Just ask them before you place order that you also want to know how they will do it. If they are okay with it, place the order or find someone else.
