Hi! I have a strange problem: My printer (Canon 9000 Pro Mark 2) suddenly started printing with a sepia tone. I have gone over my print settings, and they a unchanged, I have even replaced all my ink cartridges, and I ran nozzle checks. I have printed the same image from two different computers, same result - and I am at the end of my wits! I am on CS6 and uses NIK to convert to B&W - but my color images are affected as well. The problem started while I was on CS5 and on my old mac. Any ideas. Short of running a marathon, I am willing to try anything! Thanks. |

Call to the Canon customer care. Here is the number:

If they are not able to help, find a local vendor who are more familiar to these kind of problems. _________________ Photo Editing Services
