Hi Deede
This can be done with the "3D" Extrusion option in cs6.
It can be quite complicated to explain here but there are plenty of tutorials on youtube, just search 3D text.

No need to use 3D in this case. Just use the perspective warp tool. Then apply a layer mask to mask out the objects in front of the text.
