Whats the tool called I can use to go around a cut the image out below.
But  with out the hearts if it makes to hard for me

Im Not Sure? Would it remove all the white around the picture?
I need help. I have a crappy photoshop anyways it was free off line..I mean its not bad. But Not the Original.

magic wand tool> select all the white then inverse the selection > copy and paste onto a new page

It will probably take more than one technique to extract successfully. Channel Ops and use of Curves, combined with some knowledge of Apply Image and Calculations would be the best course of action. Learn the fundamentals and the answer will suggest itself.
