I have this picture of an app icon, but it is pixelated. Is there a way I can make it sharp? |

About the only way your going to fix that is to retrace it with the pen tool in PS or if you have Ai trace it there with the trace function.

Here is one I drew in Ai, should do the job. You might want to clean it up a little bit in PS.
