Some info:
I use the trial version, but I trick it with Deep Freeze so I have unlimited days.
Never had a problem like this before.
I use a Medium Wacom Intuos Pen and Touch.
I use about a year or two year old Inspiron PC.
I have no idea if its just my tablet or CC.(Thinking its CC, considering JavaPaint on RMD or SketchBook doesn't have this problem.
I'm not sure how to explain it, so i will try my best and provide sketches where it happened.
Basically, it looks like i'm using a tablet without a driver or a laptop pad or even a mouse. And it occurs randomly and its very annoying.
(If you haven't guessed, i'm talking about whats in the red circles.
