My Macbook Pro keeps prompting me to upgrade to Mavericks. Does anyone know if this is safe to do, or will it adversely effect any of the following?

CS6
Bridge/ACR
Nik Collection (Silver Efex Pro etc….)

Do it. It's a factory stable release. If updates to your programs are needed after, you will see a notification. After the upgrade, click the apple, top left corner of your monitor. Then click "Software Update."

You can also open Photoshop, Click Help and click Updates after the OS upgrade.

Considering the Upgrade notice only comes from Apple, you're fine to do so.
