Does anybody know why Photoshop keeps doing this? When I first open the image, it opens in raw for editing and looks fine. When i hit open to open it in Photoshop program, it appears like this! When I zoom in, it appears fine. When I try editing, it doesn't show or is has a big lag and I have to save it to see what the image looks like. I deleted and re-downded it when this happened last time and it fixed it for a while. Decided to try this route again and it didnt work. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello and welcome, csween01. That link doesn't work, unfortunately. It may be because the image has permissions set to something outside of public.
It would probably help some members here if you attached it here or posted it on a free image host. Will help them see the image faster and potentially help.
