I am new to Photoshop, and using Elements 9. I have made the background transparent on an image using the magic wand (background is now checkered). I have tried to save it in my pictures file on my computer several times, but it always saves with the white background instead of transparent. I have read most the information on the web, and I have tried saving it under GIF, TIF, and PNG without any luck. Also, I've made sure that the box for Transparency is checked if that's an option. I'm not sure what else to try ... any suggestions? |
