well, it still shows only 3 layers, a simple text, a black/transparent gradient for the text underlay and the background. :/
But anyway even this way it looks pretty nice I can imagine with the effects it's even nicer. I'm sure she'll be happy  |

hmm the psd file should contain 3 or 4 layers with their respective color. on is blu one is yellow and 1 or 2 are just grey. the only way i knew of to use filters and effects is to do it directly on each layer. perhaps thats why you dont see it. but the blue and yellow and one white layer are giving a gausian blur and a blend mode. the last white layer are reduced by size and given a slight blur and blend.
