Vmware View in vDGA mode, problem

Hello everyone, can any one advise on the problem of the mouse pointer? it appears with a black square background.

The installation is on a s Vmware View in vDGA mode, problem does not happen in vSGA mode

and notice in vdga mode video you cann see the mouse cursor CAN ANY ONE HELP PLEASE as we are stumped and users at our company are getiing very annoyed
