I have a photo 6 ins tall and 8 ins wide. I want it to be just 4 ins wide,height is OK. Free transform will not do it. Should i be able to change widthe only with FT? If not how can i make it 6ins tall, 4 ins wide with no distortion

You can't unless you crop it and lose some of the image. |
