I differ only slightly from Seb, in that I that I think it may be a 3rd party filter, Topaz (something or other, I forget), however, the similarities are there as to make the difference negligible. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

there are lots of topaz products like adjust, simplify etc.. which one to use...? if anyone can tell me which one is it... and links to any tuts on how to set it up like this... _________________ keep charging your skills..... |

I personally don't really know 3rd party plugins, unfortunately. maybe it's time I look some up.

Thats the Oil Painting filter in PS, at least the hair is. Eyes are something else. |
