Not trying to shill this or anything but have tried it out for a bit and seems quite good.
Some of the effects remind me of what people ask for here on a regular basis.
It seems to be a blend of alien skin exposure and a bit of topaz.
Free for limited time only apparently so I hope anyone who wants it gets it.
It integrates into lightroom and photoshop. Can also be used as standalone.
