Problem with Web gallery function

I'm new at this and have a question. I have used the Automate function to create a web photo gallery. The problem I'm having is, when the web page is created, none of the infomation is in the image info tab that you can pop up at the bottom of the screen. I've entered the information in file info to embed the information. I've entered the information under the properties function on the images themselves. Still nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
