im currently doing a project on a car for a friend that involves a bit of color matching and i have been having no luck getting a correct match,
any tips would be appreciated.
here is a pic of what i am trying to match

it will behard becuase in the paint you see different lighting, and a lot of reflections, you could try and grab a color and take different samples at different angle, set the layer to hue or color, it might blend in nicely you might have to grab a lot of idffernet colors from the car _________________ http://i337m1k3.deviantart.com for my ART Profile. |

usually color matching isnt that hard...just ctrl+u an change the color to sumthing close and mess around with the saturation and brightness...u should get close....thats what i had to do to make a blue Master Chief into a green Master Chief one time |
