I shot several photos (in camera RAW, CR2) that have dust spots. As these photos were shot within minutes of each other, all the dust spots should be in the same places in the frames. Is there a way for me to record all these locations, then apply to all the photos at one time? I tried recording an action, but that doesn't seem to work with the intelligent fill healing brush.

To use tool recording (recording brush strokes) you have to have CS6 or above and check 'Allow Tool Recording' from the actions menu before you record your action.
By default this is turned off in Photoshop.

Do it in the RAW, if you use Adobe Camera RAW you can clone through various images and it should analyse the damage in the same areas across the images.
