If I post pictures it will so silly but alright so this is a snake picture for a tattoo I want, firstly you will see the original picture secondly I will circle areas that are too red light/Whats in light blue is too dark and I want to lighten
Whats in purple is too light. Sorry if its not very clear
2. Sometimes I have pictures in the wrong way so I have to rotate but how to keep the same size or dimensions if you prefer
While Im at it, Ive wondered how can you make a black/white pic. Here is a picture (obviously not me), is it possible to make the transformation. If so how?

Go into Image/Adjustments/Replace Color and choose the colour you want to alter...
I am sorry I don't quite understand your comments on Resizing but generally go to Image/Image Size and put in your sizes there!

Guys its me again, another question is
: How to zoom pictures ?
I zoom pictures on photoshop (lets say original size is 66.67%) to like 150% but when I save, it is still 66.67% by default, wild guess.
Whats up?
