I can't find the elliptical marquee tool, I have hovered over the rectangular one but nothing comes up, it just says "No tool presets for current tool". Can I download it? Thanks |

Welcome to the forum. Don't hover, just click the icon, it should have a little black arrow in the bottom right to indicate that it has other tools also.
Either that or use M or Shift+M if you have not changed Preferences.
