When I open photos in photoshop, they open one at a time ie: only one image on the screen at a time. I have to go into the "arrange documents" panel on the top tool bar, and click "float all in windows", then all the images open up - stacked on top of each other. How do I get it to do that automatically every time as I open them ?

To prevent images from opening in tabs, do the follow:

1. Go to 'Edit > Preferences > Interface'
2. Uncheck 'Open Documents as Tabs'
3. Uncheck 'Enable Floating Document Window Docking'
4. Click OK

Done.
