I have a photograph from which I'd like to obtain clearer images.
I've downloaded trial version of Photoshop, and have also tried GIMP2 but I have no clue how to go about this task.
In the photograph someone is holding up a newspaper which has a photograph of some football players; what I'd like is to get a clearer image of those players and perhaps a date from that photograph.
I'd be grateful for any help and, contrary to what my moniker might suggest, I am willing to make a donation for such help.
