Straightening a Tilted Image?

Hey guys,

First of all, I'm new to the forum so I wasn't sure exactly where to post this question.

I have a image that I'm working on for a clients website,
They dont have any PSD files or a master copy of their Logo, And the image I have is basically the best we can do.

I was wondering if there was a simple way to fix the image and make it straight?

Seems like it wont be as simple because it would stretch the rest of the image but, Thats what I'm here to find out :)

Edit-Transform-Distort should work.
