Hey, my names James and I'm new here.
For my senior school project I've decided to put an advertisement together for a product. I would like to manipulate the photo to make it look like its from the 50's, 60's, 70's, and so on up to the modern day photo with some photoshop editing.

Hi and welcome to the forum James.
It has to be said unless you are pretty familiar with Photoshop and its feature set, this could be a big ask.
The first thing I would do has nothing to do with Photoshop. Research, just research. I would start with terms like Vargas, Vintage Posters, costume of the ...., etc. Collate what you can and then think about the direction that you can take it. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade!
thing is i did do research, not havin much luck. was hoping someone whos older than me might have more experience and people to point me in the right direction

Is it the same picture that you want to manipulate as if it was from different decades, or are you looking for the whole look (fonts, colors, text, wardrobe, hair cuts, etc)? _________________ The eternal student
