Hi, I have a question regarding import photos to disk via Organizer. Normally I use this function with my digital camera and then choose "Import from Camera or SD-card"
This works nice because it's automaticly with a few settings import photos and creates folders when the photo was taken.
From my Cellphone HTC One this is not possible, then I can only choose "Import from folders" and then I can't do this automaticly as above I can only choose Get Media from a choosen destination in my phone. My friend has a Samsung Galaxy and when she connect it via USB to windows she can choose to let windows see it as a camera and then it works nice in Photoshop.
I can't see this setting in HTC so I wonder how others do, maybe there is an app for the phone to let windows recognize it as a phone?
Basicly I just want to do as when I connect a digital camera and let the import function handle the Creation with new folders after the date when the photo was taken.
Best regards Ubbe |

If you type 'autoplay' into the start menu it will bring up the shortcut for windows autoplay options. It should list a whole lot of devices and media types which have their default autoplay options on the right hand side for each of them.
If you go down the very bottom it will have a list of all the different devices you have connected up to your computer. 'HTC one' or the likes should appear there and you may be able to change it to 'import pictures and videos' which I think is what you want.
If this doesn't work you can also download software made by HTC called HTC sync manager which apparently syncs all the media on the One with your computer.
This sounds like it would be a good alternative to windows autoplay and may even make it easier.
