Ok, this is a little hard to explain but ill try.
So im making a card game. And i have this picture of a green background. But there is a lot of green colors. (its pixel art) but i want all these green colors, to be white colors, but i don't want to do it manually.
I mean, so when there is a dark green color, it changes that with a dark white color, and if its light, it changes it to light white. Hope you understand thx.

Use a hue/saturation adjustment layer and target the greens so you can reduce the saturation and raise the lightness if need be.
