I was looking around a coldwell banker website for images of real estate properties that I can improve on, for practice in photo editing.
I got this image of a messy room that I brightened up a bit then I thought, wouldn't be nicer to ive it that warm glow of sunshine?

How do I create that warm sunlit effect?

Not sure exactly what you are after but try even out the shadows using a couple of levels or curves adjustment layers as well as a photo filter adjustment layer using a warming filter.
