Hi
I know quadro do amazing things in CAD alike softwares.
but is it good and do anything extra in photoshop ?
are there any reason to justify buying an expensive quadro card for photoshopping?

Short answer, not really. If you use your PC for anything else other than Photoshop, perhaps it's not your best bet, if you only use Photoshop then maybe. It's a tough call, but I can't imagine you need that much processing power for Photoshop.
