I have an all white aircraft image and I am trying color just the engine nacelles red. Any idea how to do this? Thanks!!

I think you can make new layer (Layer 1), choose area that you want to change its color (using Polygonal Lasso Tool), fill it with your desire color using Paint Bucket Tool (in Layer 1). Choose Multiply and adjust its opacity, then flatten image (in Layer window).
