Hello! I'm in need of help. I'm trying to replicate the white/purple outline on this image (http://imgur.com/EvTPEFn), but I just can't. I'm trying to make a brush that looks/works the same, but I don't know how.
Is it possible to have two colours in one brush, like that, or is there a better way to do it?
Thanks in advance!

Easiest way to do this is using layer fx - outer glow (purple obviously see below)
The thickness and shape of the brush seems to change a bit so you might need to play around with the brush shape dynamics etc.
Will help of you have a pressure sensitive drawing tablet for complex strokes like those in your image.
