Hi,

I created this several months ago and for the life of me cannot remember how I did it. Does this technique look familiar to anyone? ...and yes, I will be certain to wirite it down if I find out. I used CS6. I think I had seen a tutorial on it somewhere.

Thanks!

Looks like you have used layer FX, Bevel and Emboss to make the 3D wormy looking things out of brush strokes.
A few different brush types used too.

Thanks for the response!

Yeah I thought so too, but there was something else to it as the brush strokes seem to have volume to them no matter where I painted them on the canvas.

Did you use any plugins?

No. It was all within Photoshop. I am sure about this because I don't have any plug-ins installed. I don't think it was a 3D setting either, but I'm not certain.

Thanks!

I agree with Auieos, looks like you also smudged it a bit too. Pretty cool though!! :) I might try it, maybe I can re-create it? Good luck to you.
