Hi guys, I am trying to get something printed with an online printing company and in their data requirements it says "ISO Coated v2 (Fogra 39 L)" color profile preferred... I dont see that in my options in photoshop, is that going to be a problem...? |

Yes. I can't tell from your profile, but if sounds like you are from a European country, and Fogra is generally a pre press format of that region (US and that region using North American..).
The most sensible thing to do, is swallow y our pride and simply ask t hem if they can provide you with their profile. Shouldn't be a problem and if they don't have one to offer, come back again _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

Haha thanks hermit, yea im in the UK. I did ask them and they said that the profile isnt really that important, as long as the files are in CMYK colour space. Im trying to print folders with them on there on the website the guidelines are a bit confusing for me, I guess its cos Im doing this for the first time. Have to try work out what shape and size I send my artwork in so that it fits properly to that space. Thanks for replying! |
