I upgraded my memory from 4gb to 16gb. OS win7 CS5 still says 3255mb available, any thoughts |

Are you running a 32 or 64 bit OS? I believe in order for more than 4GB to be seen by the OS you need to run a 64 bit.

I had same problem... after running an update, it now recognizes all my memory |
