I just got this really weird problem here and i really don't know how to fix it:
In RGB format, all the pure green and blue colors on the working window turn black, but as you can see, in the miniature at the right, you can see the different colors, and even if a save the file just like that, it will save it with the right colors.
i thought i had the blue and green channel turned off, but it's all on as you can see in the screen, they are all on.
i tried to:
reset to default settings, nothing changed,
reinstall PS cs6, nothing changed,
delete all PS cs6 files, and reinstall, nothing changed,
change the other RBG color format from color settings, no one changed anything.
a thing i noticed is that the whene i put some green/blue on the screen, it turn back but with a 1-pixel-outline of the right color, don't really know why, but meaby can help to understand what's the problem.
i don't really know what to do. thanks in advice for any help
EDIT
I discovered that zooming a lot, i will see the pixel grind, the interesting thing is that the green/blue colors that i see balck, actually have the "grind" colored with the right color.
added a screen.
EDIT
I did some experiments and i discovered, using a full color spectrum, that my PS does not turn black simply the "blue" and the "green", but more specifically all the colors that have a RED value of 0.
still waitting for some help.
