Might need some help with this one please.......
Yesterday i loaded a PNG file into my cs6, i did some work on it and saved it as a psd file.
I closed the pic and repoened a few times during the day and it was fine
About 20 mins ago i tried to open and i got the whole "CS6 Has stopped responding and will now close" message. I have updated all my drivers but still no luck.
Fortunately i can still open the original PNG file to continue working.
The strange thing is, i also have CS3 on my PC and have had no issues running both but this particular pic will not open in either version?!?
Any suggestions.? |

Somehow the file may have been corrupted during a save.
My recommendation would be to try opening it on another computer running CS6. |

Thanks Auieos.
I appears that the file will open now. from time to time it will still return the error msg but i'm now thinking it might have something to do with W7.
