so i came to this technic for HDR processing with an 32bit photo. I combined my 3 exposeres in photoshop CS6 and saved it as a 32bit tiff file. next, I wanted to process the picture in adobe camera raw or lightroom, but it didn't work in ACR nor lightroom. in lightroom it says that the file is damaged and it could not open it, in photoshop bridge it just wouldn't open.

I did the exact same thing as in tutorials on youtube, but it just won't work. can it has something to do with my computer? I know I don't have the best videocard.
