I use this software to extract some graphics and animations. But when i export an animation to .gif it slow down. So, i export each frame to .bmp. I open in photoshop all the .bmp, create an animation, but when i export it...yeah the same problem... the .gif is slower.

I don't know why this happens.
Note: This is an example. This happens with almost animated gifs i create with photoshop. I use Photoshop CS5.5)

I'm not sure why this happens but it happens to me as well. All I know I have seen some really rapid changing gifs out there and also wondered what the secret is to the fast ones.
I will do my best to find out. |

The smaller you go the worse it is going to look no matter what. Maybe try reduce the amount of colors and pixel dimensions to reduce file size. Even reduce the fps rate.
As far as keeping the speed correct, this isn't very technical solution but it worked for me...
Keep the frame-rate/delay at 0.03 seconds.
Make sure you set all the frames to do not dispose.
Save as the settings provided in the 02.png below.
I opened your 1st knife gif and exported it out of Photoshop and it worked. It was twice the size as your second image (still smaller than the first) and played at the right speed. |

Yeah! It works! Thanks!
But i don't get what is the point of the option no delay if the .gif don't suport it. The example of the video, the fire gif, if i want to make a fluid animation like the original, i have to set each frame at no delay.
