I was trying to unblur tha photo but failed epically =/ Tried using sharpen tool and multiple layers with custom filter high pass but it didn't work, any help would be very grateful.
The picture is too big to attach so just leave a post if you think you can help and i'll email it.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
It's really only going to help us help you if you can link to the photograph using a free image hosting site like tinypic or similar, that or perhaps crop the file to a significant section and post that.
