"Select Pixels" In Photoshop Elements 10

OK, so this is a photo from a YouTube Video. The Photoshop program on this video is CS 5, and it has the option when you right click a layer, to "select pixels". I currently have Photoshop Elements 10, and cannot seem to find this option in most places.

If you could help me locate this option, it would be greatly appreciated.

Ctrl + Left Click on the layer thumbnail is the shortcut to select pixels in Photoshop so try that.

Pretty sure it works for Elements after reading this...
Select all opaque areas in a layer:
