The only thing that concerns me is, what are the strokes like up close? At this resolution they look a little too detailed or 'jaggy'. This may not be the case, but it's tough to tell.

I like the overall theme and concept though.

The strokes around the animals has been drawn using a 34 px standard brush. So the resolution shouldn't be a problem.

I get the stock photos online, and then I process tehm in photoshop (cutting, masking, bitmapping etc.). It's really a quite easy and simple process, the hard part is in getting ideas for the text/typography.
