Is this what you mean? it's easy, open your main image (the black one) make a copy to work on in case it goes wrong then open you halo image then go to file/new make sure its big enough for the halo logo and set background comments to transparent, next go to select/colour range click the eyedropper on the skull, ajust the slider untill you have it all, then edit/copy highlight the transparent new file and image/paste you should now have the skull on a transparent background. the next step is to go to the layers pallette and using the move tool click the small image and drag it onto your black background image, simply do the same for the crown and your in business! (you may need to merge the layers on the black image before adding the crown) Wayne

Yes I used the same process the second time, what I did differently was after getting the skull on a transparent background I used image/ajustment/hue saturation to ajust the grey to lighten it so it shows up better on the black background, and the same with the crown (didnt need as much though) You could do a better job of the halo bit if you have a bigger copy, it's a bit pixilated at the size I used off your logo.
